At Knight Equipment Co., we strive to provide high-quality wire rope slings, chain, and industrial lifting products. Please read this Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Only physical goods are eligible for a refund.

  • Services provided (such as consultations, inspections, or custom fabrications) are non-refundable.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be new, unused, and undamaged.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 7 business days from the date the customer receives the package.

  • The customer must pay for return shipping, including insurance coverage for the full value of the item.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected at our discretion.

3. Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all eligible returned goods.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer via email whether the refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Denial of Refunds

Knight Equipment Co. reserves the right to deny any refund request at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to comply with the above conditions

  • Damage or tampering with returned items

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Abuse of our return policy

6. Shipping Liability Waiver

Knight Equipment Co. is not liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged goods in transit to or from the customer

  • Delays or disruptions caused by third-party shipping providers

All risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon shipment. We recommend purchasing insured shipping services for returns.
